Herbal Consultation
THE SETTING & CONSULTATION
You will join me to go over your specific goals for the treatment. I will review your forms, ask questions, and then do a quick exam, which may include taking pulse, palpation on pressure points, and looking on the tongue. A personalized formulation will be crafted for you. The consultation typically lasts from 15-30 minutes, up to 45-60 minutes for the intake.
PRICING & DISCOUNTS
Please ask to see the most up-to-date published fee schedule. It is important to note that there will be an additional cost of herbs aside from the consultation fee - which you may acquire yourself, or I can order for you from a third party vendor.
As a courtesy to our office and other patients, we ask that you please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a $25.00 fee for any missed appointment or cancellation giving less than 24 hours notice for any non-emergency situations.
If you are a student, active military personnel, veteran, or senior above 65 years of age, you may be qualified for a discount rate in the consultation fee. Please bring a valid student ID, military ID, DD214 form, or government issued ID in order to qualify for this discount.
INSURANCE
No insurance is accepted for the herbal consultation.
